This project is situated on a dynamic lot that is surrounding by a series of triple-decker East Boston homes. Careful consideration is placed upon the design of this new 28 residential building, with deleiberate architectural elements to denote entry into the building along the landscape courtyard. 

Along Paris Street we have designed a 3 story building with ground floor retail space and 2 levels of commerical space above.
