Project Architect or Manager

We are looking to bring on a talented Project Architect or Manager with anywhere from 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities. 

Responsibilities

• Lead team and conduct client meetings

• Design construction documents

• Project management

• Act as point of contact for all technical issues

• Develop the design of projects from initial concept to completion

• Prepare presentations for clients and a public approvals process

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience

• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

• Ideally with multi-family experience

• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction

• Solid understanding of working through construction documents and administration

Interior Designer

Embarc is not currently seeking candidates for the positions of Interior Designer. However, we always enjoy hearing from individuals in this field and are happy to keep your information on hand in the event we have an opening.
