The Vault is an iconic Flatiron building in the heart of Downtown Lynn, just steps to the Central Square Commuter Rail Station and a 30 minute train ride to Boston. With a mix of studios, one, and two bedrooms, the apartments at The Vault offer compelling values for Boston commuters. The Vault has a an on-site fitness center as well as gorgeous skyline views.

The renovation of this stately building located in Lynn, MA will be performed in accordance with the Secretary of The Interiors standard for Historic Rehabilitation. The project will include 48,000 square feet of renovated space for 49 rental apartments with commercial space on the ground floor. In addition to reconfiguration of the interior spaces, the building will undergo façade restoration and rehabilitation.
