This incredibly long site that is approximately 1,000 feet in length, yet only 65 to 70 feet deep posed an interesting challenge to design a multi-building development that conforms with zoning in the Town of Watertown.

Embarc has created a series of buildings that responds to the goals of the zoning guidelines and to the context which the buildings abut. Higher density is placed to the west  of the site that abuts a commercial use, and lower density 3 story buildings are located to the east of the site that abuts the adjacent residential neighborhood to the north. 

This project will create 58 residential units and 15,000 sf of commercial space.
