Currently going through planning, this 14 story, 135,000 square foot office tower is located on the edge of the BU Medical Center. The building is conceived as a series of three volumes that are then skewered by the service cores for the building. After wrapping the office space in glass the solid volume then appears to float in the overall mass of the tower. The site is surrounded by open parking lots and paving so in the interstitial spaces between the solid volumes we provide green space.
