Embarc Studio worked closely with residential developers, Urbaness Studio, on this 4,200 SF Single Family renovation located in the Coolidge Corner section of Brookline. The exterior of the Colonial Style house originally built in 1895 was repaired to match its existing charm. New, energy efficient windows were install along with a complete overhaul and modernization of the home’s interior.
