We worked with our client to create a true “As of Right” development project where the addition that was added on the rear complied with all zoning regulations.

Our goal was to design a modern addition which nicely juxtaposed the existing brownstone building.

Interior palette of finishes are neutral in color, creating a relaxed canvas for homeowners to personalize their space.
