ERMELIN MOLIERE | DESIGNER

emoliere@embarcstudio.com

Ermelin received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture as well as his Master of Architecture from Roger Williams University. Originally from Haiti and later moved to the United States, Ermelin brings with him a blend of cultures and ideas which often permeates his designs. His thesis explored the concept of biophilic architecture which advocates for the integration of nature within the built environment. Ermelin strongly believes that by implementing the natural environment (vegetation, natural light, water features, etc.) in the design of buildings, they can evolve from being mere shelters into something that enhances our lives, mood, mental, and physical health.

Prior to Embarc, Ermelin was part of a small design/build firm in Tiverton, RI that focused mostly on private residences and custom millwork design.

In his spare time, you will find Ermelin experimenting with architectural visualization, graphic design, photography, custom millwork design, or involved in an outdoor activity of some sort.
