Jim Rohnstock | LEED AP
Associate Principal
Jim has over 35 years of experience most recently working with multifamily residential projects in the New England area. Along with residential projects, Jim has also worked on healthcare and science projects in the Boston and Cambridge areas, and commercial and recreational projects.
His experience includes all phases of a project from early programming and conceptual design through construction administration allowing continuity throughout the project. Working closely with the team to develop strong relationships with the client has allowed for a smooth transition from conceptual design through the completion of each project. Recent projects have included several 200+ unit multifamily projects, a new YMCA complex and the complete building renovation for a large insurance company as well as many projects with MGH and biotech companies in the Cambridge area. Jim’s most valuable asset is his ability to collaborate on many different facets of architecture including design, management, marketing and office management.
Jim holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and is also LEED accredited.
