Once housing the Boston Gas Company and then Charter School, this 9,000 SF restaurant plays off of the historic character of the space, creating a backdrop for this American Small Plates restaurant spaces that infuses art beyond what is traditionally experienced by its patrons. The various heights within the space lend themselves to defining program from the central bar and lounge, through private dining, a chefs table, dining and active display kitchen.
