Located in the heart of downtown Dover by the Cocheco River and near the Henry Law Park, this project recently finished construction and now houses 130 rental units with rich amenity spaces, including an on-site commons, “work from home” offices available to both residents within and neighbors from the surrounding community.

Embarc worked on all phases from permitting, through construction and down to every last detail for the FF+E.
