235 Newbury St, sited on the prominet interssection of Newbury St and Fairfield St in Boston's Back Bay, is home to a three phase commercial build-out and full exterior restoration and addition. 

The design of the exterior addition is a modern interpretation of many of the quintessential characteristics found within the architect of the Back Bay, including scale, proporion, symmetry and materiality.

Two limestone clad 'bays' serve as entry points and ADA wheelchair access to the newly appointed Safar Salon on the 1st floor, and future restaurant space for Serafina (our second location) at the garden level.
