The upper three floors of this brownstone were renovated to create two stunning units. A floor through 1 bedroom unit, using a New England coastal influence for the interior palette. The upper penthouse duplex played off of existing unique roof geometries to bring an abundance of natural light to the main level. Full gut renovation and reconfiguration of the spaces leant themselves to a more open concept for any family!
